In 2008, our forecast for the coming, our view that our homeland could go forward only by stimulating primary production and our strong desire for a change in lifestyle in the years to come, paved the way for "ANOPAEA ORGANIC ESTATE" to become true. The estate is a family business that started with the purchase of the land in 2008 by Chris Kavalieratos, at the area of Mendenitsa village, at the slopes of Kallidromo mountain in Fthiotis and at an altitude of 450 meters.

In 2009, the first 600 olives were planted, 500 of the MANAKI variety (agouromanako-green manaki and glucomanako-sweet manaki) and 100 of the MEGARON variety. In 2011, another 400 were planted, 300 of the KORONEIKI variety and 100 of the AEGEAN THROUMBES variety.

From the very first moment, the estate collaborated with DIO Organization for the Certification of Organic Products, applied the principles of Organic Farming and after the transition period of three years it is now totally organic.

In 2013, after the relative training of the owner, we installed our first beehives in the estate, starting practicing minimally nomadic, organic beekeeping, moving our beehives only in the territory of Kallidromo mountain.

Having as solid value our absolute respect for nature and our customers, our goal is to offer high quality agricultural products, preserving all their natural, nutritional and healing properties.

We do not come from an agricultural or beekeeping family, we are not second or third generation farmers or beekeepers, but first! This means that we have not found anything ready. Working and studying hard at the beginning, we have overcome the difficulties!!!

We are small producers with great dedication to what we do, which we started as an activity of our free time, as a hobby. So, we perform our hobby without any compromise on the quality of our products, because we first consume them!!!
